Refund and Returns Policy

At Vertax Solutions, we strive to maintain transparency and client satisfaction in every transaction. Since we provide professional services — not physical products — our refund and cancellation policy is structured accordingly.

🔹 No Refunds on Completed Services

Once a service has been initiated and completed (e.g., GST filing, ITR submission, audit support), it is considered delivered and non-refundable. Our team devotes time, expertise, and resources to each assignment, and therefore refunds are not possible post-completion.

🔹 Cancellations Before Service Initiation

If you cancel a service before work has begun or documents have been processed, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees and payment gateway charges.

🔹 Exceptions & Service Corrections

If there is an error caused by our team — such as a filing mistake or delay in service due to internal oversight — we will correct it at no additional cost. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where service delivery becomes impossible due to unforeseen technical reasons.
